Shannon Hines
Assistant Trainer/Instructor
Shannon's passion for training began when she was 13 and asked to ride a Shetland pony that bucked off its riders. She enjoyed working with this pony, and it inspired her to develop skills for working on problem behaviors. She has trail ridden since 6 years old and worked with a variety of breeds since she was 15. Her experience includes time as a working student for a dressage & trick trainer, a reining trainer, and a driving trainer. She also has experience training Andalusian & Friesian stallions. Her current focus is trail and pleasure horses. She believes training horses requires lifelong learning and is currently training a mule for the first time this year!

Chelsie Ledbetter
Assistant Trainer/Instructor
Chelsie has ridden horses for the past 20 years. An avid Western rider, she has done barrel racing, cattle work, Western ranch showing, amateur roping, trail riding and has branched out to gaited showing. Leaving a 7 year career as an EMT, she decided to make horse riding her full time passion. She has worked on guest ranches where she led trail rides and pack trips in the Tetons of Wyoming and Custer State Park in South Dakota. She now trains her personal horses and rehomes them to loving riders. Chelsie loves to teach and has been teaching children and beginner riders for the past four years. She enjoys teaching fundamentals of riding and training to beginners and helping more advanced riders pursue their riding goals.

Auburn Cherry
Assistant Trainer/Instructor
Auburn is a life-long equestrian. As a kid she dreamed of exercising race horses or being an outrider. Training professionally has been a life-long goal. She began her career working with Quarter horses at a training facility in her hometown and worked her way up to an assistant trainer position in that program. She loves helping kids learn to ride! She now works at Legacy Horse Ranch as a horse (and people) trainer. She trains western pleasure, gaited, and groundwork, but especially enjoys breaking and training horses from the ground up.

Kayla Crocker
Assistant Trainer/Instructor
Kayla has worked under several different trainers and is familiar with many disciplines. She believes that that in order to successfully train a horse, especially a more difficult horse, it is best to pull from many methods and get creative. This allows you to communicate with the horse in the best way that they understand, making the training process more enjoyable and successful. She currently spends considerable time training horses for Western disciplines and is a gifted and patient instructor.
